Bergleerson Leonbergers

Hi and welcome to the Bergleerson website - we hope that you enjoy your visit!

We are hobby breeders based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and we had the privilege & honour of being selected by our first Leonberger, the amazing, beautiful and funny Gracie (courtesy of Grant & Mandy Saggers of Leonmoor - based in Lancashire) back in 2010.

It was never our intention to breed with Gracie but she, in common with all Leonbergers, took complete and utter control of our hearts and, as time went by, we just knew that we had to try and keep her line going - Gracie had her first litter in February 2013.

We currently have 9 amazing Leonbergers ranging from 23 Months to 8 Years & 8 Months (as of March 2019) - 3 Senior Girls (Beau, Tehya & Bailey), 1 Senior Boy (Bruin) + the lovely mischievous Mishka, the equally lovely Rosie, the gorgeous Banjo, our little imp Ruby and our latest male addition to the family, Crosby.

A common phrase often heard when you are in the company of Leonberger owners is "One is never enough!" - We certainly agree to that sentiment!!

We sincerely hope that you are able to find everything that you need/want to know about the stunning Leonberger breed.

You are more than welcome to come visit us and see for yourself just what a truly special breed of dog the Leonberger is and this will hopefully persuade you to become part of the Leonberger 'experience' at some point in the future.
